Split a Beef

You want bulk beef, but not a half or a quarter. You dont have time to find other people to split a beef with, so let me do the work.

Split a beef 6 ways. Pay your portion and I will find the other 5 people.

This option is for pickup only at the butcher and will be cut based on the popular cut list.

The animal is a finished long yearling. Under 30 months.

Pickup at Star City Meats, Star City Hutterite Colony.

Projected Feb/March 2027 butcher dates (booked).

We literally take a beef and split all the cuts 6 ways. Everyone will get an equal amount of each cut.
