Why buy?

To help cut down on the cost of ground beef, I sourced a beef for the daycare (non-organic). I volunteered to sell the cuts that the daycare does not use, such as steaks, roasts etc.  If all of these cuts sell, we are able to lower the cost of the ground beef significantly for the daycare.
